Bar Supervisor

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations, including stock ordering, receiving deliveries, and managing stock levels
• Handle cash reconciliation and ensure secure closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented bar area
• Serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, and coordinate timely delivery of bar food
• Ensure high and consistent standards of service are maintained
• Take accurate food and drink orders and coordinate with the kitchen and floor teams
• Lead by example in delivering a positive and welcoming experience for all guests

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience behind the bar in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills and a guest-first attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable leading a team and working collaboratively
• Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to maintaining a high-energy work environment
