Description:
Pastuso is a gem of the Melbourne CBD, and undoubtedly one of Australia's finest Peruvian restaurants. Sitting at the foot of AC/DC Lane, our prime location means that the city is on your doorstep when it’s time to treat yourself in town!

Your day to day in the Full-Time role of Bar Supervisor will involve:

• Leading the smooth, efficient operation of the bar during service
• Recruiting, training, coaching, developing and supporting the bar team to perform at their best
• Maintaining high service standards and an exceptional guest experience
• Managing stock levels, ordering and bar organisation
• Contributing to cocktail development and drinks menus
• Balancing hands-on service with oversight of daily bar operations

Skills and Experiences:

• Are you an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident?
• Are you available to work 5 days per week on a full-time (40 hours per week) basis?
• Do you have strong bar service experience in a fast-paced, premium environment?
• Are you genuinely passionate about creating great drinks and delivering an exceptional guest experience?
• Have you successfully trained, coached and motivated a bar team to work cohesively and perform at a high standard?
• Are you confident managing stock, ordering, and the systems required to keep bar operations running smoothly and efficiently?
