Granos Café y Barra, en Santurce, está buscando una persona creativa, servicial y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo como Barista/ Mesero/a.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Recibir y servir a los clientes con amabilidad y rapidez
- Preparar bebidas (calientes y frías) con calidad y consistencia
- Mantener los estándares de higiene y seguridad alimentaria
- Llevar control básico del inventario de la barra
- Ofrecer una experiencia positiva al cliente y apoyar al equipo de trabajo
- Manejo de sistema de pedidos
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa como barista
- Excelentes destrezas de servicio al cliente
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión
- Buena comunicación y actitud positiva
Beneficios:
- Pago semanal + propinas del turno
- Horario sería el siguiente (Lunes a Viernes):
- Lunes a martes: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- Miércoles a viernes: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m
