Chebel is a café and patisserie located in JP Nagar, Bengaluru - known for its Italian-inspired pasta bar, signature coffees, and an indulgent range of artisanal desserts. On weekends, we serve an extensive breakfast menu that celebrates comfort and craft. Our patisserie specializes in custom bespoke cakes , entremets, celebration cakes for every occasion and a curated selection of fine desserts.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 years of professional barista experience.

Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience.
• Strong espresso and milk steaming skills.
• Leadership or training experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and brewed coffee.
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, taste, and presentation.
• Dial in espresso and maintain coffee standards.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing.
• Ensure efficient workflow during peak service times.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Address customer questions and concerns.
