Full-Time Barista

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Full-Time Barista to join our team.

Previous experience as a barista is highly preferred and will be given priority during the hiring process, although we are also open to candidates with a strong customer service background and a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.

This is a full-time position requiring full availability Monday through Sunday. Our shifts can vary from week to week and may include morning or afternoon shifts, depending on the business needs and weekly schedule. Team members can expect approximately 30–40 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely fully available and flexible with their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and customer area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and a positive attitude.
• Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Follow company procedures and standards consistently.
