We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our vibrant breakfast team.

As a Barista at the Corinthia Grand Hotel Astoria, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional coffee and beverage experiences and upholding the highest service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Expertly craft coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to meet guests' preferences and maintain consistent quality.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and cleanliness protocols in the preparation and serving areas.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, tea, and other supplies, communicating replenishment needs.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment, addressing minor issues promptly or escalating as needed.
• Stay informed about the café menu, including seasonal offerings, and assist with upselling opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Profile Required:

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Exceptional knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques, including latte art.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering quality and consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
