Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £13.30 per hour
Contract: 2 Weeks

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista for a 2-week temporary booking at a busy café located on Park Row, Leeds. If you have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees and teas.
• Operating professional coffee machines and maintaining high standards of drink preparation.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests.
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation and seating areas.
• Restocking supplies and ensuring the café is fully stocked throughout the day.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar barista role.
• A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (required).
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude.
