We are family owned and operated and we are looking for a FULL TIME SERVER/BARISTA to join our team.

Please apply if you are energetic, a little extra and are a people person. Think Server/Sales person who has coffee skills.

If you like being busy, making consistent money in a day time job and having your evenings free- this is the position for you!

We are looking for someone who wants to make a 6-12 month commitment.

Must have availability during the weekdays as well as weekends. We will discuss schedule with the right applicant.

The perfect hire for us is a server who can make coffee- meaning you understand SALES + TIPS. PERSONALITY + PROVIDING AN EXPERIENCE FOR YOUR GUEST + UPSELLING!!!

You work neat, thrive in a high volume shop, love serving customers and are committed to keeping their station stocked and organized! Someone who is respectful of all- including owners, team and guests.

You are someone who will go the extra mile and understands no one is above taking out the trash or cleaning a bathroom, it is part of the job. Plus if your space is cute it just makes you cuter???! hehe... but seriously please be someone who takes pride in their workplace (: (:

You will be operating a beautiful Slayer Espresso Machine.

We are currently seeking a Server/Barista who is looking for full time hours. Shifts vary but we open at 8am weekdays/9am weekends and close at 4pm so it's not a bad gig!

Seeking someone who:

- Can work, handle and ENJOY busy, high volume weekends with a professional + positive attitude

- Wants to make a competitive coffeehouse wage our team is consistently making $17-$25 an hour

- Latte art skills are a plus but bare minimum we expect you to have a fully comprehensive knowledge of all espresso based drinks (:

- Has a passion for crafting coffee and talking to the community we have worked so hard to build Our customers care about y'all so get ready to be in a fun environment where you can expect to laugh, connect and mean something to your customers!!!

- Has a great attitude, pride in their appearance/personal style, has excellent communication skills, takes direction well and loves working in a team MATURE, PROFESSIONAL, CARES ABOUT SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, RELIABLE

- We have our BEER AND WINE LICENSE so having an interest in Beer, Wine, Mimosa Flights, Charcuterie Service is also a plus. We have a fabulous menu and tips on alcohol are WAAAAY better than a single black coffee to go!

- No late night nights! If you have interest in working our PRIVATE EVENTS they generally go until 9pm at the latest but we always secure a sweet 20% auto grad on top for y'all when you serve events; easy pouring wine and beer, Charcuterie spread etc).

- Lives local to Bee Cave OR is okay with the commute (Hill Country Galleria, Bee Cave)

- Wants to work on creating recipes and upping their (and our) game - aka. We listen to your ideas and are super open to collaborating! We want creative people to thrive in our space. We want you to feel amazing at work.

- Wants to feel a sense of ownership and growth within their career - We are very open to talking about defining a leadership role with you and all the amazing things that come along with that. We have profit share opportunities available when you partner with us on coffee education courses for the young people in our community, second location plans are in full swing and we are also opening up in Mexico in the future where we have travel/exchange program plans in place

- Is a team player and wants to truly SERVE their community. It's more than coffee in their cups people-- it's LOVE, comfort, listening, chatting, connecting. This is coffee.

Compensation Details:

Starting base of $7.50 per hour + tips averages out to $17-$25 an hour, sometimes even more during the hustle and bustle of weekends and holidays. (IMPORTANT: Hourly is up for negotiation with the right candidate! And we often give our team raises as they take on Shift leader responsibilities).

We have an attractive growth plan set up for our team members looking for Manager positions in the future as well (benefits etc).

Our team is paid weekly via direct deposit. (:

EVENTS:
Our events are extremely lucrative as well. For every group booking we secure a 20% auto gratuity. Events are simple, easy and fun and mostly consist of displaying Charcuterie and pouring wine and clearing up after guests and you get out before 10pm!
Some of the best events our team has made $200-$700 in tips!
