We are looking for a Boba Barista to prepare and serve cold beverages, including various types of Boba Tea, Lemonade and Slushy Drinks. We are at Boba Macs in the Krates in Wesley Chapel. We are proud to have a great staff with most associates staying over a year. We have quarterly team events where we've taken the team bowling, snow sledding, putt putt golf, a trip to Busch Gardens and more!

Must be 18+ to serve Beer & Wine.

Staff Tip Pool has been averaging approximately $17-18 an hour in pay since JANUARY 2024 (subject to change based on sales and tips)

Must have FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY including NIGHTS & EVERY WEEKEND.

Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have great customer service skills and an outgoing personality. You should also be able to work various shifts. Note: this position’s compensation includes tips.

(Customers in this area are known to be generous with tips!!!)

Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:

• Smile and Greet customers as they enter
• Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages while engaging in conversation
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the customer and kitchen area clean
• Complete all tasks on Opening and Closing Checklists
• Maintain stock of Cups, Straws and Paper Products
• Check if kitchen equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Perform routine preventative maintenance of equipment
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback and recommend new menu items

Requirements and skills: Friendly and outgoing personality, Flexibility to work various shifts. MUST WORK WELL WITH OTHERS and enjoy working in a close environment.

• Ability to close nights and weekends.
• Minimum age 18+ to serve Beer & Wine.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
