Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure that each customer receives an exceptional experience. Duties: - Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area - Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Experience: - Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and order calculations - Familiarity with operating a POS system is a plus - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong time management skills to ensure orders are prepared efficiently - Understanding of food safety practices Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional service.
