We are hiring a Barista we are looking for some who is passionate about coffee crafting and has the ability to be the face of an expanding brand as well as reliable and responsible. The suitable candidate needs to be available mid week and weekends and not just for summer.
Key element of the role would be fostering a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere which is as crucial as crafting the perfect cup of coffee. The suitable candidate needs to be able to work on their own initiative.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficiency in barista skills with Barista experience - Minimum 2 years in a fast paced speciality coffee environment.
- Commitment to upholding high coffee standards and consistency with a deep understanding of all elements of pouring.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team-player.
- Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal
- 2 work references
- Valid work visa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€14.50 per hour
