Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages while providing exceptional customer service. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and food items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
• Continuously improve knowledge of coffee products and brewing techniques to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Cash handling experience with basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• A genuine passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods and flavors.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
