Join the team at By The Sea Coffee this summer! We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and team-oriented people to help run our busy coffee trailer and private event coffee cart.

Our trailer will be located on the Gloucester Boulevard Thursday–Sunday from 8 AM–3 PM during the summer months, with Mondays in Downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea during the same hours. We’re also looking for someone flexible who may want to pick up additional private event shifts.

This is a fast-paced environment in a tight workspace, so teamwork and communication are a must. Team members rotate between three positions:

• Espresso machine
• Drink assembly/mixing
• Taking customer orders & operating our Square POS system

The ideal candidate has experience in all three positions, enjoys working with people, stays calm during busy rushes, and brings positive energy to the team. Social media experience is a huge plus!

Seasonal applicants are welcome, but we’d also love to find someone interested in growing long-term with us. We have big plans ahead — including expanding private events, growing our homemade syrup line, and opening a brick-and-mortar location this fall/winter.

-base pay starts at $15-18/hr with tips adding an additional $15-35/hr

Pay: $18.00 - $50.00 per hour
