Barista/ Duty Manager

We are looking for a gun barista with duty manager skills to fill tues/wed/Thurs shifts, covering our head baristas RDOs. This is a senior staff role so only applicants with relevant experience will be considered.

Our ideal candidate will

- be a self motivated team player with excellent Barista skills and speed (consistent basic latte art during busy periods desirable)

-be trustworthy and reliable. Own vehicle preferred as no train station close by and buses only intermittent.

- be available tues/wed/thurs 7.15-4pm. Potential for other shifts depending on availability.

- cooking exp a big bonus, but not essential, we can provide training on the job

- have exceptional customer service skills. Our customers keep us in business, so they are the most important part of this role.

-have minimum 1 year duty manager experience (proven). Once trained you will be responsible for open/close procedures and management of shift and staff at least 1 day/week.
