Position: Barista / F&B Attendant
Job Type: Permanent – Part Time
Location: SAN Hospital
Hospitality is about more than coffee, and this role is perfect for someone who thrives doing it all. We’re looking for a confident all-rounder with strong barista skills who enjoys balancing café service, customer interaction, and hands-on kitchen support in a fast-paced hospital environment. Working evening shifts across a supportive retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for staff, visitors, and patients every single day.

What You'll Do
- Craft high-quality barista coffee consistently during busy retail peak periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment while working independently.
- Execute general food preparation and assembly to support the daily menu.
- Provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
- Perform essential closing duties and ensure the outlet is ready for the next shift.
- A holder of a Food Safety Supervisor certificate would be advantageous.
- Demonstrates professional barista experience with a focus on speed and quality.
- Possesses the ability to assist in kitchen duties and floor tasks autonomously.
- Shows a flexible attitude toward helping out with all aspects of the outlet.
- Maintains a friendly and empathetic communication style suitable for a hospital setting.
