We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve beverages including bubble tea, fruit tea, milk tea, slushes, Vietnamese coffee, and specialty drinks according to company standards
• Prepare bánh mì sandwiches, toppings, teas, and other ingredients for daily operations
• Process customer payments and operate the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas, equipment, and customer spaces
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily store operations
• Follow food safety procedures and support opening, closing, and cleaning duties

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in food service, cafés, restaurants, or bubble tea shops is an asset, but not required
• Students are welcome to apply

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts available
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs

Compensation

Starting from $16.00 per hour
