Patient Concierge + In-House Barista

We are looking for a warm, energetic, hospitality-driven individual to join our team as our Patient Concierge + In-House Barista. This is not your typical coffee shop job — and it’s not your typical orthodontic office.

What You’ll Do
Coffee Bar Operations

• Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, and specialty beverages with excellence and consistency
• Maintain a spotless, organized coffee bar throughout the day
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Track usage and help minimize waste
• Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
• Use your creative side to create seasonal specialty drinks

Patient Experience & Hospitality

• Greet every patient and guest warmly
• Offer beverages and create a welcoming first impression
• “Work the waiting room” — proactively elevate the experience
• Keep lobby, entry, and restrooms clean and inviting
• Communicate wait times using empathetic, approved verbiage
• Build relationships with families during their 2-year orthodontic journey

Office Support

• Receive and organize deliveries
• Maintain break room cleanliness and supplies
• Support office events and hospitality initiatives
• Assist front desk as needed to ensure seamless patient flow
• Data entry and reporting as requested

Qualifications

• Barista or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills required
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• High attention to detail required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
