Why join us as a Barista Trainer?

Your role is to provide high quality, professional barista/coffee training and support for key accounts and café customers. You’ll join a team of people passionate about all thing’s coffee, you'll create meaningful relationships with both your customers and colleagues. An addition to this, you’ll be continuously learning, keeping up with the latest industry trends and regulation as well as striving for excellence.

Based in Auckland this is part-time role. Like any trainer position, it involves regular travel. You will be working onsite at cafes and customer sites, and at our Auckland office.

What are we looking for?

You’ll be an experienced Barista looking for a career change or the opportunity to do something new within the coffee industry! We're in search for someone who has the confidence in coaching, teaching, and sharing knowledge. You'll be eager to do something a bit different and be excited by the opportunity to continually enhance your coffee knowledge. This role will require you to be on the road throughout the Auckland region training our key accounts and baristas on how to make the best coffee and provide the best customer experience.
