Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh produce and proteins for daily service
• Follow recipes to complete prep tasks
• Build bowls, salads, wraps, and smoothies
• Assist guests with recommendations and orders
• Operate the POS system for transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of prep areas and equipment
• Complete opening or closing checklists (based on shift)

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Basic knife-handling skills
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Food Handler Certificate (asset)
• Health & safety knowledge (asset)
