We are looking for a friendly, energetic individual to be the face of eclectic. A cozy and welcoming spot loved by locals for great coffee and good vibes. If you’re passionate about coffee and customer service then this job is for you !

Position: Front of house / Barista

Location: Wicklow Town

Employment Type: Full Time

Hours: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00

Role:

• Welcome customers warmly both in person and over the phone.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
• Handle orders, payments and ensure the coffee space is kept clean and well stocked.
• Assist with light food prep and deliver excellent customer service.
• Be a brand ambassador - help us grow our small but mighty coffee community both in person and on social media.

What we are looking for:

• A love for coffee and a willingness to learn (barista experience is a plus!)
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised and clean as you go in a working environment.
• Reliability, punctuality and a positive team spirit.
