Operating exclusively at weekend night markets and pop-up events, we bring memorable taiyaki experiences directly to our customers, bringing excitement wherever we go. We will be making drinks like Matcha latte, Vietnamese coffee, etc with foam tops.

Job Summary

We are hiring baristas for a 3 day pop-up event in downtown Las Vegas from Feb 13 - Feb 15 for about 10 hours each day (of course, with breaks). Ideally working all 3 days.

1. Barista

• Experience as a barista, making drinks, boba, etc and Customer Service. We will be making drinks like Matcha latte, Vietnamese coffee, etc with foam tops.
• Personable and Friendly

2. Cashier

• Socialable to greet customers
• Understand menu to explain and upsell

3. Food Safety Compliance

• Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Monitor food storage, preparation, and temperature to prevent contamination.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform setup/teardown tasks.

Event Availability Requirements:

• Full day available (around 10am-8pm) for 3 days: Feb 13 - Feb 15
• This is at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center
• 200 S 3rd St, Las Vegas, NV 89101

Pay: $160.00 - $300.00 per day (about $20-25/ hour) plus shared tips
