Sweetie Pie is hiring for one of our downtown locations. We are seeking a skilled and friendly Customer Service / Barista to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages. The successful candidate will be responsible as the closer /key holder.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Operate the POS system to accurately process customer orders and payments
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking their orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Prepare food items such as pies, cookies and pastries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Weekends and Evening availability are a must.
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
