We're looking to hire passionate baristas and front of house staff to serve coffee, baked goods and pizza to our customers. This job is about welcoming people into our shop and serving them fresh sourdough baked goods and wonderful coffee in a warm, and inviting manner. We specialize in making sourdough doughnuts, pizza , and other pastries which are served alongside a high quality yet approachable coffee program. For this job we are particularly seeking servers for the evening shift where pizza is the focus of the business.

We have positions for full and part time front of house servers/baristas (30-40 hours). Experience making espresso based coffee is a huge asset but we will also train those who are passionate about learning and making coffee. Answering phones to take pizza orders and using Ubereats is essential part of this job. Applicants must be comfortable in these customer service scenarios.

• Greeting customers as they enter in a warm and welcoming manner
• providing customers with drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients and menu items
• Take orders while paying attention to details - especially over the phone
• using/taking orders through Ubereats - communicating effectively with drivers
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages and baked goods - doughnuts, pizza, croissants, cookies
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the bar area and front of house clean and tidy following health and safety guidelines
• Communicate customer feedback to managers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
