Our space is designed to be a cozy, welcoming environment where customers can relax, socialize, or focus on their work, all while enjoying expertly crafted drinks.

We’re looking for a highly skilled, reliable, and motivated Coffee & Boba Shop Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. If you have experience in managing, hiring, and building strong teams, we want to hear from you!

Job Overview:

As the Coffee & Boba Shop Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring exceptional service, product quality, and efficient team performance. You will be responsible for managing a team, conducting interviews, hiring new staff, and providing training and support. Your leadership will directly impact the success of the shop, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make confident decisions, and is passionate about delivering the best coffee and boba experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring smooth service and product quality.
• Manage, train, and develop a team of baristas and support staff, fostering a positive and motivated environment.
• Conduct interviews, lead the hiring process, and ensure new hires align with company culture and values.
• Create and manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours, including weekends.
• Lead and conduct team training sessions, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and ensure supplies are consistently stocked and maintained.
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and growing the brand.
• Monitor health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to implement marketing efforts, seasonal promotions, and other customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of management experience in a coffee shop, café, or foodservice environment.
• Strong background in interviewing and hiring staff, with a keen eye for identifying talent and fostering a positive team culture.
• Deep knowledge of specialty coffee, tea, and boba drink preparation.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing, training, and motivating a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer concerns in a professional and positive manner.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in inventory management, scheduling, and staff performance evaluations.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
