To oversee day-to-day café operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer service while driving efficiency and staff performance.

• Team Leadership:Train, motivate, and manage baristas, setting high standards for service and drink quality.
• Operational Management:Manage daily, weekly, or monthly inventory, including ordering, inventory counts, and waste management.
• Coffee Expertise:Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages, adhering to recipes.
• Customer Service:Proactively interact with customers to resolve issues, gather feedback, and deliver a positive experience.
• Equipment & Hygiene:Maintain coffee machines and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Financials:Handle cash management, accurately operate the POS system, and meet sales goals.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience:At least 1–2 years of experience as a barista, with previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques, espresso equipment maintenance, and Latte Art.
• Leadership:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Environment:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Flexibility:Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.50-€16.58 per hour
