Duties

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items with precision and care.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
• Manage cash handling, cashiering using POS systems such as Micros POS, and process transactions accurately.
• Supervise team members, providing guidance, training, and support to uphold food safety standards and service excellence.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety protocols in accordance with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all patrons.

Skills

• Proven barista experience with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Experience with POS systems like Micros POS for efficient cashiering and transaction processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts.
• Food handling certification or knowledge of food safety standards is preferred.
• Leadership abilities to supervise staff effectively while maintaining a motivating environment.
