We are currently seeking a Bars Supervisor to join the team at Farnham Estate. The role of our Bars Supervisor is ensuring the highest standard of customer service, by providing a friendly and efficient service to all customers and inspiring your team to do likewise.

Role/Responsibilities

• Supervises Farnham Estates bars including overseeing staff
• Serves bar guests their orders promptly and courteously
• Processes beverage orders for the restaurant, and Room Service upon proper registration and ordering processing
• Uses approved suggestive selling techniques to upsell products with higher profit margin
• Maintains knowledge of bar inventory and wine selection to respond to guest questions
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedure
• Maintains responsibility for the set up and cleanliness of entire bar areas and adjoining lounge area at all times
• Arranges furniture in the bar area as needed
• Stocks and orders all supplies and glassware
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of standard policies and procedures regarding cash handling, check-writing, credit cards, city ledger and customer ledger
• Full knowledge of alcohol and liquor policies and regulations, and complies fully with them
