Location: Dawson Street, Dublin 2
Salary: €16–€19 per hour (Base €14.20 + approx. €5/hr service charge)
Contract: Full-time

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting drinks with care and adding to the warm, professional atmosphere that makes FIRE special. You will work closely with the floor team to ensure seamless service and memorable moments for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages to the highest standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar
• Recommending drinks and upselling where appropriate
• Communicating effectively with floor and kitchen teams
• Managing guest feedback with professionalism
• Following all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines

The Ideal Bartender:

• Friendly, professional, and service-driven
• Experienced in cocktail-making and knowledgeable about wines and spirits
• 1-2+ years experience in a similar role
• Reliable, efficient, and calm under pressure
• Strong communicators in English
• Available for evening shifts
