Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, day-to-day prep work of juices and syrups, managing the bar area, and providing outstanding service to patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Day-to-day prep work of juices and syrups
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering when necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Exhibit strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple orders during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Strong cash handling skills with experience in cashiering or cash management.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards.
• Excellent time management abilities to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus; willingness to learn new technology is essential.
• A friendly demeanor with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.20-$18.00 per hour
