Job Summary: We are looking for a high-energy, outspoken Bartender who is keen to learn and always eager to meet new people. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and energetic manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Stay informed on current beverage trends and techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide recommendations to customers and upsell specialty drinks.

Requirements:

• High energy and outgoing personality.
• Keen to learn and adaptable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per month
