Job Summary
We are seeking a enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by preparing and serving beverages, managing the bar area efficiently. Along with serving tables.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and stocked.
- Utilize Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order entry, payment processing, and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Demonstrate knowledge of food handling and safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash drawers.
- Uphold the establishment's standards for hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Liquor License.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Excellent sales skills to promote menu items and enhance guest experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time
