About the Role
Located on Meyers Place in the heart of the CBD, San Telmo is Melbourne’s iconic Argentinian parrilla restaurant, renowned for premium steaks, wood-fired cooking and energetic hospitality. Part of The San Telmo Group, San Telmo delivers high-volume, premium dining experiences in a fast-paced venue with strong opportunities for career development.
As a Bartender & FOH Salesperson at San Telmo, your day-to-day will involve:
- Delivering premium bar and floor service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Driving food and beverage sales through confident menu recommendations and upselling
- Preparing cocktails, wines and beverages to venue standards with speed and consistency
- Building strong guest relationships and creating memorable dining experiences
- Maintaining exceptional presentation, cleanliness and service standards throughout the venue
- Previous bartending and floor service experience within a premium hospitality venue
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with confidence in guest engagement and upselling
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia (no restrictions)
- Team-first mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
