Bartender (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Full time Bar Person to join our team with an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work well as part of a friendly and professional team.
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working behind a busy bar.
• Have cocktail-making experience (an advantage).
• Be reliable, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Handle customer payments accurately.
• Clean and maintain glassware, bar equipment, and work areas.
• Receive deliveries and manage the beer store and stock levels.
• Ensure the bar is clean, well-stocked, and operates in accordance with hygiene and licensing regulations.
