Part-Time Bartender – Weekend Work

Kealy’s of Cloghran is looking for a friendly, experienced bartender who loves hospitality, knows how to look after customers and enjoys working as part of a busy, professional team.

This role is PART TIME - mainly weekend work, working Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (day or night shifts). We are flexible on rosters, so if it suits you to only do two out of three weekend days that is fine with us.

The Role

• Deliver warm, professional and efficient bar service
• Prepare cocktails, wines, beers and spirits to a high standard
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers
• Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Work closely with our floor team, be able to take a food order and serve food
• Help create the atmosphere and service standards Kealy's is renowned for

We're Looking For

• Previous experience working in a busy bar, restaurant or gastro pub
• Strong cocktail, wine and general drinks knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident, friendly personality
• Ability to work efficiently during busy services
• Excellent reliability and timekeeping
• Evening and weekend availability
