What You’ll Do: As Bartender/Supervisor, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and maintaining top-tier service standards.

- High school diploma (preferred)
- Previous restaurant and/or management experience
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in de-escalating challenging situations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A team-first mindset and leadership finesse
- Physical stamina for a high-energy environment
