We’re on the lookout for a Mixologist to join our crew at Gallaghers Pub, one of Cork’s local spots for great pints, good food, and even better craic.

Are you a passionate, creative, and skilled mixologist with a flair for crafting unforgettable drinks? We’re looking for a professional who can elevate the bar experience with expertise, energy, and excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a mixologist or bartender in a fast-paced City centre pub
• Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Menu creation

• What You’ll Do:
• Create and serve innovative cocktails that align with our brand
• Engage guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Suggest pairings and recommend beverages to enhance the guest experience

This is a full time position, Fluent English is a requirement.

Pay: €14.50-€15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
