We are looking for a bartender EXPERIENCED in HIGH VOLUME bartending to provide an excellent guest experience for our venue Dive Bar located in Concord. Compensation includes base hourly rate plus tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons in a HIGH VOLUME SETTING
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve lite food fare and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a HIGH VOLUME bartender
- "Toast" point of sale experience a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate, on-going training provided
- Team player a must, no sharp elbows
- This is not a job for someone with little or no experience.
- Did we mention you must have the work experience in a HIGH VOLUME environment

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
