Bar/Waiting Staff

We're looking to expand our front of house team here at The Blue Bell Ranskill.

We're a small but busy village/country pub offering good quality homecooked food.

We're aiming to make our pub one of, if not the best in the area and need our team to share that passion and have the drive and determination to help make it happen!

You'll need to be confident with bags of personality and be a real people person, you should have the ability to engage with people of all ages & backgrounds and be able to hold a conversation.

You should have a strong work ethic with high standards in everything you do and always strive to offer our customers the best possible experience when they visit us, you'll need to be able to keep calm & work well under pressure, be able to work well as part of a team but also have the initiative and ability to work on your own as and when required.

Must be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws and requirements to work on the bar - no exceptions on this.

Evening and weekend work will be required due to the nature of the business and hours involved, however we will try to be flexible where possible to ensure our team are happy with a good work/life balance.

A minimum of 1 year bar/waiting experience is preferred as we would like people to be able to hit the ground running but training can be provided for the right candidates with the right attitude.

Own transport is essential due to the location of the business and shifts/hours involved.

Pay: £8.00-£12.50 per hour
