Title: Base-Vessel Logistics Coordinator
- Co-operate with project logistics to identify all necessary equipment, own equipment and hired equipment and make it ready for mobilisation.
- Support and control project equipment through delivery and storage at the Base to mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly marked and that Goods Receipt is done (at any location) for all equipment related to vessel mobilization/demobilization.
- Support projects with preparation, packing, mobilising and demobilising project equipment.
- Co-operate with in-house warehouse and project logistics where project materials will be stored, including proper packing, preservation and marking of project materials. Ensure that equipment that shall be mobilised are ready at site in good time prior to vessel arriving.
- During Mobilisations/Demobilisations ensure all project related and vessel related equipment which is manifested comes on/off the vessel.
- Be present on site as part of the mob/demob team during project (Dedicated vessel) mob/demob, back-to-back with project logistics.
- Import, export, and shipment of Vessel related (non-project related) equipment and materials.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in offshore / SCM related project work
- Forklift certificate up to 10Te
- Certificate for use of Overhead crane
- Ability to understand practical work and have a high level of independence
- Knowledge of DNV / Arbeidstilsynets rules for lifting, lifting components and cerftificates
