Content & Brand Rockstar – BBQ Edition

Hybrid | 2 Days/Week | Bold Brand, Big Energy

Motley Que — Canada’s award-winning, proudly bold BBQ sauce and rub brand — is looking for a creative legend to help take our content to the next level.

If you’re a self-motivated designer, video editor, and idea machine — and BBQ makes you drool — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with Founders to create bold, brand-aligned content (graphics, reels, short videos)
• Work directly with Founders to create & Shoot/edit product, class, and lifestyle content (you’ll need a camera! But we do have some)
• Design packaging previews, promo visuals, ads, and social assets
• Work with our founders to develop campaigns that are unique & edgy
• Represent Motley Que with the same intensity we bring to every plate

Schedule:

• 2 Days a Week (8 hours/day) — flexible, project-driven
• In person to start with Hybrid option— must have your own computer + at least 1 camera
• Opportunity to grow as the brand scales

Compensation:

• Flat Rate Range $20-$25hr or monthly flat rate for right candidate

Requirements:

• Strong design & video chops (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Creative & funny thinker who moves fast & thrives in a startup vibe
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YT Shorts)
• Portfolio of 3–5 content samples (socials, graphics, short vids)
• Passion for local brands, food, and visual storytelling

IP Ownership: All content you create under this role is 100% owned by Motley Que. You may showcase samples in your portfolio with written permission — but we own commercial rights to all deliverables.
