Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lead construction handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for renovations, repairing, and improving various aspects of our facilities and property. This role offers an opportunity to utilize diverse skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our premises. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine renovations or construction duties
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, or structural components
• Handle different renovations work in apartment units
• Assist with painting, carpentry, and drywall repairs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas during and after projects
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, drywall/plastering and painting work is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of repair issues efficiently
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in maintenance work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are nice-to-have skills but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards maintenance responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
