Bcba Needed For A Upcoming Aba Clinic

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our upcoming ABA clinic. We also need some and Junior IT for our clinic who have passion for working with children and possess the necessary skills to provide behavioral analysis and support.

You need have knowledge about ABA licensing, Funding, Insurance and other related criteria and be able to lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention strategies to support clients in various settings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment plans
• Monitor progress through data collection and analysis
• Provide training and support to staff members and caregivers on behavioral strategies

Skills

• Proficiency in medical terminology related to behavior analysis
• Experience in patient care, particularly with children
• Familiarity with electronic medical records for documentation purposes
• Knowledge of special education practices and principles
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Previous experience working with children in a behavioral capacity

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
