Bcba (Remote) Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. This role is fully remote and entails supervising a Behavior Technician. You will review behavioral data and guide ABA session plans for an upper middle school/early high school student. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families through the implementation of evidence-based behavioral therapy.

Responsibilities:

- Remotely supervise a Behavior Technician as they provide ABA in person (in a client's home).
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Collect and analyze data to track progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including parents, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members on behavior management techniques

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Proficiency in implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
