UpRango is hiring a Business Development Executive who enjoys conversations, spotting opportunities, and helping clients find the right digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Find new business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
- Write clear and personalized proposals
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Manage leads, CRM updates, and sales pipelines
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, timelines, and project details
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest improvements in service offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or Fiverr is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable talking to international clients
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding of IT, web development, or digital marketing is an advantage
