Business Development – Digital Marketing

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and result-oriented Business Development – Digital Marketing Executive to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting digital marketing solutions, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into clients.

Since this role involves dealing with international, particularly US-based clients, excellent English communication and a clear American accent are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.
• Connect and communicate with potential US and international clients.
• Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and digital marketing requirements.
• Present and explain digital marketing services in a professional and convincing manner.
• Conduct professional sales calls, online meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Coordinate with the internal digital marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, proposals, and conversions.
• Stay updated with digital marketing services, trends, and industry developments.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Clear American accent / American-style pronunciation is strongly preferred.
• Must be comfortable communicating with US-based clients through phone calls, Zoom, Google Meet, and other online platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is mandatory.
• Should have a basic understanding of:

• Google Ads / PPC
• Social Media Marketing
• Website Development
• Content Marketing
• Lead Generation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
• Professional and confident personality.
• Self-motivated with a business-development mindset.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, B2B Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with experience dealing with US/international clients will be highly preferred.
• Freshers may be considered if they have excellent English communication, a clear American accent, confidence, and a strong interest in business development.
