We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Junior NPD Executive to join our brand. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of new product development, from ideation to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new skin care and cosmetic products as per company guidelines
- Support formulation trials, sample preparation, and stability testing
- Coordinate with vendors for raw materials, packaging, and sample procurement
- Maintain proper documentation related to product formulations, trials, and approvals
- Assist in evaluating raw materials and packaging components
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Regulatory teams for product compliance
- Support product costing and feasibility analysis
- Assist in pilot batches and scale-up processes
- Track timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned NPD activities
- Support improvements to existing products when required
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of skin care and cosmetic formulations
- 0 – 1 Years of experience in NPD with FMCG Beauty Advisor.
- Understanding of cosmetic ingredients and raw materials
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Good documentation and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
