We are seeking a friendly, professional, and multi-skilled Massage Therapist & Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality massage services while also ensuring smooth front-desk operations and an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Massage Therapy:

• Perform a variety of massage treatments including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and other relaxation techniques.
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and peaceful treatment area.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Reception & Customer Service:

• Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the booking system.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records and handle payments.

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings as needed.
