At FJS Joinery we require a Bespoke Joinery Project Manager to join

our team. We are a bespoke joinery fit-out company that manufactures bespoke furniture for commercial projects across Ireland. Projects include Office Fit-outs, Hotels, Bars, Schools, Primary Care Centers and one-off housing developments. This will be both office based, here in Edenderry, County Offaly and site based typically in the Dublin / Leinster area.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

· Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of fit out projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and to our clients’ specifications.

· Provide management with a schedule of ongoing works in the factory and onsite.

· Conduct surveys of client’s premises and liaise with company staff to ensure accurate production floor drawings are produced.

· Oversee the project fit-out team and manage any issues that may arise during the installation.

· Coordinate with the client, subcontractors and the workshop to ensure smooth and effective project execution.

· Actively promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, reduce costs, eliminate waste and improve working methods, conditions and communications.

· Build on and promote relationships with exiting and new clients.

· Ensure all H & S standards are always adhered to.

· Perform quality checks on all projects at all stages of installations.

· Ability to work effectively under own initiative and with the company management team.

· Preparing and maintaining site documentation including progress reports and records.

Skills Required

· Minimum 3 – 5 years bespoke joinery / fit-out experience

· 3rd Level project management qualification or similar experience

· Excellent communication and organisational skills

· Ability to work effectively under own initiative and as part of a team

· Flexible and can adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment

· Safe pass

Salary 55-65k per annum plus Bonus DOE
