Our Customer Service Center in Des Plaines, near O'Hare airport, is one of our flagship locations in the U.S., serving major airline customers and providing world-class airline catering services. We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our Internal Operations team and grow with us in a dynamic, team-based and fast-paced environment.


BEVERAGE ASSEMBLER

Job Requirements / Responsibilities
  • Assemble airline carts for domestic and international flights by providing food and beverage serving equipment / hardware / utensils, dry goods, snacks, condiments and beverages by following printed diagrams and procedures according to customer specifications.
  • Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods / liquor & equipment into airline carts according to customer specifications.
  • Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customers' requirements.
  • Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation.
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to perform in a high-pace, time-sensitive, work environment and keep up with workflow
  • Must be able to follow/understand card specifications/printed diagrams
  • Must possess basic math skills
  • Previous experience in an assembly / production-type environment
  • Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes in requirements
  • Must be able to work around moving parts & wet floors
  • Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment

Environmental Requirements:

  • Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes (hot and cold) and noise.
  • Are required to be physically active: walking, standing, bending, lifting and pushing 40+ lbs
  • Regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
  • Are required to follow PPE, GMPs, Safety and Security requirements
