EMR Integrated Solutions is currently recruiting a Bid Administrator to join our commercial team. This full-time, permanent role will be based at our head office in Dunboyne, Co: Meath, with the option for hybrid working. This role supports the preparation and delivery of high-quality bid and tender submissions that contribute to business growth across telecommunications, utilities and critical network infrastructure projects.


Job Responsibilities;

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of RFI, RFP, PQQ and ITT documentation
  • Coordinate and gather input from Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance teams to complete bid responses
  • Ensure bid documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on time
  • Format and proofread proposal content to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain and organise the tender document library and bid templates
  • Track bid deadlines and ensure all stakeholders are aware of submission timelines
  • Support the preparation of bid presentations and supporting documents
  • Assist with contract reviews and administrative compliance checks
  • Research clients, competitors and market information to support bid strategy
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams
  • The duties and responsibilities described are not an exhaustive list and additional tasks may be assigned in line with business needs


Skills Required;

  • Previous experience in bid administration, bid coordination or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • High attention to detail with strong document formatting skills


Desirable Experience;

  • Experience in telecommunications, utilities, ICT or engineering environments
  • Familiarity with public sector procurement portals such as eTenders
  • Knowledge of bid processes or proposal writing best practices


Qualifications;

  • Relevant third-level qualification preferred
  • Training or certification in bid/proposal writing (e.g. APMP) is an advantage
